So after ordering I decided to read these reviews and got me a little worried. However I'm pleasantly surprised, the items arrived in about 2 days even though I ordered from the netherlands. I ordered some coils, pods and an oxva device. Everything was nicely sealed and in the original packaging. One thing to note: it seems like this shop is selling the coils individually, so to make sure you receive sealed original packaging, order the full amount of coils/pods per pack. The Uwell caliburn G coils for example that I ordered, they normally come in 4/pack. So I ordered 4 and it came sealed. Overall I can recommend this store, will probably order here again. Keep in mind that I can't speak for the customer service because the items I bought all work great and were sealed.

I ordered an electronic cigarette from them, which arrived in two working days, which is an amazingly fast delivery time. The prices are low and the delivery was free. Unfortunately, the cigarette was damaged during production, for which the store is not responsible. My problem was solved by customer service in 3 minutes using chat. Returning the product was completely free and they gave me a full refund. It's a pity that they no longer had the same cigarette in stock because I had to buy it in another store for much more money. I highly recommend this shop.
