Technical Fraud: Confiscating winnings for "Bonus Buys" on games that don't have them

I am writing this to warn other players about DamnPokies.com and their predatory "Millionaires Group Partnership." This site is actively seizing player winnings by fabricating technical violations.

My winnings of AUD 91.07 were confiscated after I was accused by support agent 'Daisy' of using a "Bonus Buy" or "Feature Buy" function while playing with a bonus.

The Fraudulent Claim:

The games I was playing were 3 Royal Coins: Hold and Win and Coin Train.

3 Royal Coins is a standard slot that does NOT possess a "Buy" or "Feature" purchase button.

Coin Train similarly does NOT have a native Bonus Buy function.

It is a technical impossibility to perform a "Bonus Buy" on these titles. When I confronted support with this fact, they refused to provide a transaction ID for the alleged "purchase," refused to provide a supervisor, and simply copy-pasted the same script to avoid paying out.

This is not a "terms violation"; it is a coordinated theft of funds based on a lie about game mechanics. I have documented all chat logs and have reported this operator to the ACMA (Australian Communications and Media Authority) for illegal offshore gambling practices and fraud.

Avoid this site and their partner network (Millionaires Group Partnership) at all costs. They will find a reason not to pay you, even if they have to make up a feature that doesn't exist.
