We sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving your hat. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping timelines are ultimately dependent on carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

According to the latest update, your hat is expected to arrive today.

As noted on our website, due to the handmade nature of our crown wraps, orders typically require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Your order was received Thursday morning and shipped out on Monday within that timeframe.

That said, we want you to have a great experience with Damazo, so we’ve gone ahead and refunded your expedited shipping cost.

If there was any confusion around processing times, we truly apologize, and we appreciate your patience.
