DamanBet has failed to credit my withdrawal of ₹5061 to my account,
despite issuing a receipt on April 9, 2025, claiming the transaction
was successful. As of April 14, 2025—six days later—the funds have not
been credited, and DamanBet has not resolved the issue despite my
repeated attempts to seek clarification. I have the following evidence
proving their failure:
Airtel Payments Bank Response (dated April 12, 2025): My bank
confirmed that no funds with UTR 100330995584 were received in my
account (9718468079). They advised me to hold DamanBet accountable and
raise a chargeback if necessary.
NPCI Response (Complaint CN5100002026): India’s National Payments
Corporation (NPCI) confirmed the transaction was successful and
credited to a beneficiary account. However, since my bank has no
record of the funds, it is evident that DamanBet sent the money to the
wrong account due to their negligence.
DamanBet’s Failure to Resolve
I have contacted DamanBet multiple times, providing them with the
above evidence, and demanded they either reprocess the payment to my
correct account, refund the amount, or provide proof of the
beneficiary account to which the funds were credited. They have failed
to take meaningful action, leaving me with no choice but to escalate
this to your authority. Their inaction violates fair gaming practices
and their obligation to ensure payouts are processed correctly.
Concerns About Licensing Status
I am also deeply concerned about DamanBet’s licensing status. Their
website previously referenced the Antillephone 8048/JAZ license, which
I understand expired in November 2024 as per Curaçao’s licensing
transition. While I believe they may now hold a GCB license, their
lack of transparency and failure to clearly display a valid license
number raises serious doubts about their legitimacy. If they are
operating without a proper license under your authority, I urge you to
investigate this as well, as it would constitute a severe violation of
regulatory standards.
My Demands
I demand that the Curaçao Gaming Control Board take the following actions:
Investigate DamanBet’s handling of my withdrawal and compel them to
either reprocess the payment of ₹5061 to my correct account (details
above) or issue a full refund immediately.
Verify DamanBet’s current licensing status under your authority and
ensure they are compliant with all regulations. If they are
unlicensed, I request appropriate action against them for operating
illegally.
Impose penalties on DamanBet for their negligence and failure to
resolve this issue, ensuring they adhere to fair gaming practices
going forward.
Consequences of Inaction
I have already escalated this matter to NPCI in India and am prepared
to take further action if this remains unresolved:
Reporting DamanBet to India’s National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and
cybercrime portal for financial fraud.
Filing complaints with third-party mediators like AskGamblers and
Casino Guru to expose their practices.
Pursuing legal action in India for breach of contract and fraudulent practices.
