Prompt, professional and trustworthy. Initially send by my insurer I now use Damand for all my heating and plumbing maintenance. I’ve called them out at all times of year and never been let down. If my insurer doesn’t cover something I know these guys will sort it, stress free.

Great serviced received. Both engineers very friendly and knowledgeable. Office staff were helpful. Having never had to call on an emergency policy before it was reassuring to be supported through the process.
Called Damand with boiler problems. Have used them previously for work and home. Ryan & Charlie came same day. Can’t fault this company. Reliable, prompt, friendly, trustworthy and professional. Pleasure to have them in my house. Have previously recommended Damand to many friends and neighbours who like me, have not been disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend if they weren’t worth it. I don’t need the comeback if they fall short. Which they never do. 5 stars from me.
Complete waste of time . £623 for a call out and pump which the insurance paid then tried to charge £1100 for a diverted valve r/h manifold and 3 hrs labour. Made a comment that our new radiators were not much good and kept suggesting a new boiler when ours is only just 6yrs old and rated the best boiler to buy. Told insurance to condemn the boiler beyond economic repair. I contacted the manufacturer for a fee of £420 have repaired the boiler, turns out to be the heat exchange in the end and NOT what Damand had said. Never keep you updated always had to chase up. Seems to over charge for work to try to get a new boiler insulation. Wouldn't recommend only WARN.
Recently had Ryan and Charlie attend to sort our boiler. Both very friendly and knowledgeable, a pleasure to have in my home. Very happy with the service and nice to know I have someone I can call in a time of need.
Used demand on several occasions through saga and private work. Always happy with the solution. Engineers are friendly, efficient and detailed in their knowledge of process and works to be done. Will continue to use and recommend.
Had Two different engineers out recently. Ryan and John. Both very knowledgeable and friendly. On both occasions they kept me informed explained next steps and made good on their information. Can’t say the same for my insurance Halifax but can’t fault damand. Would recommend.
