I have had 4 different Dalstrong items which include, bread knife, cleaver, stock pan and tongues. I'll start with the bread knife. Basically it was blunt, customer services sent me a voucher. Used the voucher on some tongues, after only a frew months of used, they broke, customer services sent me a voucher. Used voucher on a mini cleaver(hardly use) and a none stick pan. I have had the pan less than 12 months and the non stick coating is starting to bubble and peal away. Customer services have offered anothet voucher. I have explained that don't want anymore Dalstrong products as so far, 75% of the ones I have had have been faulty. At the moment they are offering no better resolution.

here I am at 72 and being a chef alas retired and used German quality like F.Dick and Sabatier and then this.
out of the blue, just like that, my Son and Daughter surprised me with this set.
wow. just wow. As I unpacked the paring knife I could not believe the weight & feel of it and believe I had a few, and it kept on getting better with each item, and then there was that knife block, again wow! outstanding! 7*

It is not often that you come across a company that provides this level of customer service.

Dalstrong should be proud of your commitment to Customer Care, which is second to none.

I wish all companies had customer service like Dalstrong!
purchased a knife for filleting fish for sushi but was not as happy with it as i expected to be, so i emailed them and an Angel ( literally the guys name ) sent me a replacement next day delivery! and they didnt want the original knife back! amazing! great company with standards.
