Scam Warning: Shipped from China, Refund Impossible
This website claims to be based in France with a contact address in Muret, Haute-Garonne. In reality, the package was shipped from China and the quality of the items is extremely poor — nothing like the pictures or descriptions on the site. When I asked to return them, they insisted I ship the products back to China at my own expense, making a refund almost impossible.
The payment was processed outside the EU, resulting in unexpected bank fees, even though nothing on the site indicated the company was not based in France. After checking, it turns out the company is actually registered in Hong Kong.
This feels like a misleading and possibly fraudulent operation. I regret not checking reviews before ordering. Avoid at all costs!
