Ordered $70 worth of shirts right before Mother’s Day still have not seen one of them.
I also emailed numerous times and kept getting the same email sent back. They are blaming poor customer service etc. on COVID..... save yourself the headache and time worrying about getting a refund and ship local!! This was the worst mistake of my online shopping experience!
I ordered two sweat shirts end of March. Here we are end of July and still no product. According to their tracking number it took 2 months for it to come over seas and has been sitting in CA for almost a month. When you try to contact customer service to try to get your money back, they stall and ask for you to give it more time. It’s been 4 months!!! I know that due to Covid, everything is slower, but this is ridicules. All I want is my money back because this is clearly a scam business. Don’t order from here!!
If I could give this “company” negative stars I would! Order took FOUR months to receive and they gave a fake tracking number. When I emailed about it I got the runaround. Their customer service doesn’t exist. I have been emailing nonstop for WEEKS about initiating a return and I kept getting responses telling me the package was on its way still. Um, I (finally!) received the shirt, which is what I told them. What?! Now they are telling me they will probably reject my return. I have probably had to email them at least a hundred times, no joke. They have asked me over and over again the same questions. I am getting nowhere. BOTTOM LINE IS THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
