A few years ago Dale Saunders fixed my c/h after many so called engineers left me on a knife edge during the winter.Eversince then they have serviced my old boiler and replaced it earlier this year.Kitchen mixer tap needed replacing,call the people that do it once & do it right.

Was recommended Dale Saunders Ltd for the quality of their work. Had a main bathroom completely refitted in an Edwardian house. Then an en-suite as was delighted by complete experience from consultation with Dale through to professional refitted by Jamie. Jamie also did the 2nd project and does a great job, is a delight to have around and leaves the place spotless. He also advised on how to repair a ceiling so am now using Dale Saunders again for a 3rd project in 3 months. Couldn't recommend them more highly.. they are a fair price for a quality job

The company attended to remove a boiler and associated pipe work from inside a cupboard and return a few days later to refit. This was to enable the inside of the cupboard to be redecorated. Despite being late on all days the work was conducted to a high standard. However £1500 for 11 hours work is excessive.

Exceptional service, fitted new bathroom with very high level of finish. friendly, cant recommend them enough if you want a job done properly and within a decent timeframe.

We recently had a new boiler and water cylinder installed by Dale Saunders Ltd, Will worked really hard, nothing was too much trouble and all the works carried out to a high standard, on time and everything left clean and tidy at the end of the job.
We were so pleased with the boiler work that when we decided to have a new bathroom fitted, we chose Dale Saunders Ltd to carry out the works. Dale was really helpful and managed the works from start to finish, the work was completed on time and to budget.
The work was carried out mainly by Jamie who was polite, professional and hard working. He explained everything as the work progressed and overcame any problems found along the way, once again, nothing was too much trouble.
we are really pleased with all the works carried out by Dale and all his team.

Dale & team recently installed a new boiler and did some other plumbing repairs. They understood our needs, communicated throughout and the whole job was completed as promised. In particular we appreciated that they "project managed" all aspects. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have used Dale Saunders a few times and find them trustworthy and reliable. Very good workmanship. Not always the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

From start to finish the whole experience was amazing. Every skilled trades person that came and worked in my home was professional, knowledgeable, polite, respectful, friendly and all worked like Trojans. The shower room that they installed was completed to an extremely high standard, way above what we envisaged.
I was kept informed of progress throughout, not once was I unsure of what was happening or going to happen as the daily routine was superbly orchestrated by Dale.

Dale Saunders Ltd completed a major refit of our bathroom in December '22. We recently found that a screw for a handhold in the shower was rusting so we emailed Dale Saunders. Three hours later the screw was replaced with an upgraded item and the rust stain removed from a tile. Great service! Many thanks Dale & Jamie.

Brilliant company. We were first introduced to Dale Saunders Ltd when we moved to Bexhill and our boiler broke down on the first day! A friend in St Leonards recommended them. Ben came out immediately and fixed the boiler and then introduced us to the other services they offer. So we employed them to do a complete garage conversion, extend our kitchen with new additional units, replace a bath with a shower, re-plaster one lounge wall and open up the fireplace, and redecorate.

They did all this in the promised timescale and to a high standard. All of the tradespeople we met were both excellent and helpful. They coped well with our constantly changing demands. Dale himself is an excellent project manager, keeping on top of things and responding immediately when we called or messaged him.

Excellent service from Ben. Nothing was a drama and my central heating system was repaired very quickly. He worked quickly and efficiently to resolve the problem and exuded confidence in the solution. A very tidy worker and a credit to the company. I will only use this company in future and will recommend to my friends. A first class response and job.

Wouldn’t use anyone else. Another job completed by them- exactly as asked, professional tradesmen who turn up on time, clean and tidy and they are always a fair price.

Had to call the team out for a Hot water (or lack there of) issue on a Saturday. They was the only local Tradesmen willing to come look at it on the day. The repair was done within 30 minutes and their pricing was more then fair. Highly recommend Dale's team for any plumbing, electrical or heating issues you need.
