there were unfortunately several errors. a) You have not announced to me that the delivery would take place with DHL. DHL is a medieval backward company that does EVERYTHING to not deliver goods to the customer. b) DHL claims they couldn't deliver the goods but they didn't try to contact me when they were on the street. When later asked if they could leave the goods at a delivery point, they said no because you sent two packages. If you had sent the goods in a package, it would have been easier. I had to take my own car and go out of town to pick up my shipment. c) your invoice. the payment instructions = your account number, the bank details are printed in such small letters and numbers that as an elderly person I have to use a magnifying glass to interpret them correctly.
