Shannon was amazing with helping me finally get WIFI installed. It was clear she cared about solving the issue and was super proactive. All the other staff said they would look into it and never do a follow up call with me or put any words into action, it was only Shannon who got things moving and I felt she knew i was in a tough situation and wanted to get this fixed ASAP. Big up Shannon!

Completely miss-Sold
Completely miss - sold! When setting up a business account for 2 address, We were advised that both address would be managed from one portal for easy management. NOT the case! Two separate accounts, two separate logins, two separate invoices and payments. Then we selected the 1000 Mbps full-fibre option. Haven't/Never received speeds higher than 300mb (generally 200mb to 250mb download speeds). Prices have already started to increase every quarter! Very disappointing.

I spoke to a lady called Shamima from the Accounts team and she was very patient, helpful and caring. She is a star. I wouldn’t say that to all other teams at Daisy and I would have given a 1* review today if it was not for Shamima. The other teams I spoke to today were useless and Shamima was the complete opposite!

Commuicantion was excellent from Hassin in daisy, we were moving offices and he was able to arrange different dates for us with the ISP. It wasnt an easy install by any mean but with Hassin's help it went as smoothing as it possibly could!!
