This is terrible company, I pay two shoes and after one month waiting they never sent my orders and didn't give my money back, it is an informal company.

Really good and fast solving a problem
There was a mistake with a delivary, but when I send an e-mail about it, they reacted clear and fast and when I send in my pictures, within one hour!!! on a sunday !!! they solved really well the problem. So a big compliment for there service. ( I think we all should not only complain about but also thanks compagny's )

In my experience all went fine but it took looong, I have to say that after I checked all the bad comments about this website I was a bit hopeless about my order, however, I got my package all in good size via DHL, there was one item out of stock but I received my money back (pretty fast as soon as I clicked in the refund link) so it took 33 days to get a confirmation and a tracking number and another 9 days for shipping, so in conclusion, is not the type of website that we are used to because processing and delivery time are waaaay to much but you will get your package.

Late delivery
I made order for around 70€ 26th of April. Delivery took long, because around 1,5 month.
Im glad about really quick reaction from customer servise where i was send a mail about my problem. I hope that problems about late shipments its only because od Corona and soon everything will back to normal.
1 minus for now- I ordered size "S" but i think this size is more like large "M" or small "L". So if you are order something you need take smaller size. Unfortunately for me it doesn't exist. But clothes and material from they are made are really good and service packed my clothes also in really nice way. All of them were in separate bags for keep clothes in clean shape.
