Friendly people on the phone

It was quick.. easy and I had my policy in like 5 minutes. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable on what I needed (SR22 policy) he was extremely helpful and explained everything thoroughly. I didn’t feel the need to call around after speaking with him and I would definitely recommend this place to family members friends or associates.

Garbage. Of course the buying process was super easy and friction free, however I got a notice in the mail 3 days later that claimed I hadn't signed all the neccesary documents and due to this - my policy would be canceled by (x deadline). Ive reached out to support via call, chat, email etc requesting said documents. They claim they've been emailed to me, confirm my email and advise me to wait three days. THERE'S STILL NO DOCUMENTS. Not in my inbox, not in my junk mail, not in my usps box. Nothing. Awful experience. Couldn't get much worse.

This has been by far the worst insurance experience I’ve ever dealt with. My motorcycle theft claim has turned into weeks of poor communication, constant runaround, and little to no updates unless I repeatedly reach out myself.

I provided notarized paperwork, phone records, photographs, receipts, recorded statements, and even overnighted my keys within days of filing my claim. Despite fully cooperating from the very beginning, communication between departments has been awful. One person says one thing, another says something completely different, and callbacks rarely happen when promised.

Meanwhile I’m still making loan and insurance payments while waiting for answers. For the premiums charged, I expected much better customer service, organization, and claim handling.

If you’re considering motorcycle insurance, I would strongly suggest researching other options before choosing Dairyland.

One month in, they threaten to cancel me, saying they need a picture of my title. My bike is older so it doesn't have the right number of digits in the vin. whatever! I sent them the pic. 6 weeks later I get a cancellation notice. I log in to the website, it says I don't owe anything. called twice, with no answer. finally got to communicate through text. they said I needed to send a pic of my title. I sent a screenshot proving I had already sent them that. They were kind enough to offer to charge me MORE money to reinstate this bogus cancellation. THEN, they issue me a small refund, proving I didn't owe money.Insane. unprofessional. disorganized. Don't use them if you want reliable insurance. Can't imagine how they'd mess up a claim...
