Every time I’ve placed an order, they’ve exceeded the guaranteed stream count—one campaign I paid for 18k streams and ended up with 68k. When in comes to promoting Indie tunes it is certainly tricky terrain out there. It is hard to know who to trust. My experience with DiamoonMedia has been great; they are responsive and seem to care - it does feel like they are really doing their best to make things work for you.

After hearing a song I had placed on Spotify, Tom from DaimoonMedia reached out via email to see if his team could help me get it to a wider audience. It was this personal approach that convinced me to take a chance with Daimoon; and to say I am delighted with the results would be an understatement. I help market an artist who started up just last year. Daimoon has been a godsend to us. First and importantly, they have flat denied a few songs, which gave us confidence they meet the Spotify guidelines for being a discriminating playlist pitching service. Second, songs perform widely different, which is again a mark of genuine and authentic services that we look for. Finally as repeat customers, whenever we have had a concern, Daimoon has always handled and answered the call respectfully…special shout-out to Eve on that, who is the best!

I am an indie singer songwriter/producer and have known my share of scams through the years. It is so hard to get heard in the noise. I have found Daimoon to be the best so far when it comes to pitching to playlists. I love working with them. I think they are legit....If I could afford it, I would use them even more often. The only thing I do not like is navigating their platform when I am buying a package. I find it a little confusing and the page keeps refreshing, but maybe it is just me....

It's always a good experience when working with DaimoonMedia. To begin, the customer service is always stellar. I would love to mention the staff member of DaimoonMedia but, due to privacy reasons, I will say that she is by far the best thing that happened to DaimoonMedia. As an independent music artist whose sound is not mainstream I am pleased by the way Daimoon Media promote my songs by forwarding them to the most appropriate playlists on Spotify. If I miscalculate in my choice of which song to promote they allow me to promote a different song at no additional cost. This is a service not provided by other promoters I have used.
