These people are thieves and criminals
These people are thieves. Just after the subscription, they tried to scam me by swiping my card multiple times a day. I was only lucky to have put my online purchase limit very low, if not they would have taken over 500usd from my account in just one day. Stay away from them and I will keep contacting authorities until they are banned. Thieves and criminals
Scam artists
I think the whole and sole purpose of this app is to fleece money from unsuspecting customers. Without my knowledge I somehow signed up to several subscriptions. I have been charged multiple time for the same subscription. When I have enquired apparently I do not qualify for a refund. We shall see about that. I wish I had looked on Trustpilot before parting with any money. Lesson learned.
This is my second review
This is my second review. I can’t tell you how many emails l have sent and how many times l have cxd the app l have never used. They are still trying to get money out of my account almost on a daily basis. Their customer service is non existent. Please don’t sign up to this app. It’s an absolute scam
Criminal organization
I bought a one time life time access program and instead of that they signed me up for one monthly recurring program and one three monthly recurring premium BS thing. On the site you can’t cancel anything, so I sent an email to cancel. They just continued to take money every month. I had to cancel my credit card to get rid of these thieves. I should have checked TrustPilot before signing up for anything.
Terrible experience - Total Ripoff
Terrible experience. I never completed the sign up but they have charged me double for 2 months. ($30.99 + $38.99) x2=$139.96 for zero. They have no discernible phone number and I have emailed them multiple times. Received a computer generated response that they were busy and would get back to me. Never happened. I would advise against anyone signing up to do business with this less than honest DailyYoga
Don't go near this app. Cynical Customer Service
I fear I must join the many people here who have had nightmare experiences with this app. You know you're dealing with a cynical company when they don't provide viable customer service links. I never wanted this app and don't remember signing up for it. But they're taking my money on a direct deposit and I can't find a way to make them stop.
Avoid DailyYoga for what amounts to theft
While the actual video presentations from DailyYoga are fine, their support is far below standard to the point of being fraudulent! I canceled my subscription2 months before the deadline and even confirmed by email the cancellation request 1 week before the deadline.
Both response emails from them stated receipt of the email but “due to peak interest…” they would get back to me.
Dailyyoga went ahead and charged my card for the renewal I canceled and their response to my enquiry was the same …”due to peak interest their response will be delayed.”
I’ve disputed the charge and now my bank is dealing with them.
Avoid this online company at all costs for the dishonest business practise as I’m sure they hope we will accept persistent recurring charges without question.

They billed me 3 tims for the subscription i never bought

Bait & switch
Selected one month trial but got billed for a (second & more expensive) additional monthly subscription also. Having difficulty cancelling subscriptions. Have reported as fraud to my credit card.

I advise caution regarding any paid subscriptions through this app. I enrolled in a "30-day challenge" that promised a annual subscription refund upon completion. The terms presented during sign-up were clear and achievable. However, the actual terms and conditions, which were difficult to find and written to be nearly impossible to fulfill, were completely different from what was advertised initially.
This bait-and-switch tactic feels like a deliberate setup to deny refunds. When I attempted to resolve this, the customer service was unhelpful. The practice is deceptive, and I would not trust this company with any payment.

VISA DENIED THE CLAIM SUBMITTED BY MY BANK FOR UNAUTHORIZED
Do NOT give your credit card information to this website. They charged me for a 1-month subscription the day after I purchased a 3-month special. When I sent them an email asking what the 2nd charge was for and telling them I no longer trusted them so to cancel everything they had for me, they responded by charging me a another completely different amount.
I cancelled my bank card but it didn't help. Something about them having my info setup in a 'wallet' of some sort (not 'my' wallet' just to be clear) so there'd be no interruptions if my card information changed. They billed a 4th amount before I had even received the new card in the mail.
Worst of all? My claim through my bank was denied by Visa, saying they investigated it and all of the charges were valid. My only recourse it to go back to Daily Yoga and work it out with them. Like HELL I will - I'm going to the bank tomorrow to withdraw all of my funds (checking and savings) and closing the account. I've been a customer for over 15 years and all they did was shrug when I ask them how I can contact VISA with proof they were unauthorized. Said I can't contact them direct. I have to work it out with the vendor. I want to know how they continue to get away with this and WHO at Visa is saying this is ok?
Similar to lots of people on here
Similar to lots of people on here. It is impossible to cancel. They say they will respond to emails and cancel but this isn’t true and they just keep on taking money! Do not sign up
Terrible experience
Terrible experience, feels like a scam
I strongly advise against using this app. It’s impossible to cancel the subscription, even after sending several emails with no reply from customer service. The website doesn’t allow you to log in or manage your account, and they keep charging me without my consent.
Daily Yoga makes it very easy to subscribe but nearly impossible to unsubscribe. This is completely unacceptable. I feel scammed and want to warn other users before they get trapped too.
Can't give a negative star!
You will get charged twice for an inferior difficult to navigate product. And again twice, a month later, despite requesting cancellation and refund for first charges. Don't expect a speedy response to issues - they need to extend response times so they can charge you again. Offered refund if I cancelled dispute with Paypal.
DONT DO IT !!!…
Absolutely dreadful company to deal with. Paid $25.99USD to get chair yoga program. Couldn’t find it and waited 3 days to get an answer. Found it and found that I had to pay more money to open it. Couldn’t use it that 1st mth with 5 emails not being answered and THEN was charged $30.99USD for the next months renewal. DONT DO IT PEOPLE!!!
I signed for a Tai Chi 6 day…
I signed for a Tai Chi 6 day subscription for 6,99$, that, was not available on the app, only yoga exercises were available. They charge my credit card everyday with several amounts, despite my daily emails requesting their attention. This app is obviously SCAM!!!
I tried signing up for one tai chi app…
I tried signing up for one tai chi app and they signed me up for everything. They have bikini, body yoga, almost impossible to cancel.
i’m going to report it to the bank as a scam
Can’t do less than 1 star unfortunately…
Can’t do less than 1 star unfortunately ! Thieves! Avoid this app! Thieves! They take additional funds without your authorization !!!!
