Very Pleased
I feel that my stylist listened to what I told her after I received my first box. My second box felt much more ‘me’. I’m excited to get my next box! The only reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 stars is because I feel some items are spendy. But that’s probably because I’ve been shopping at cheap places for so long.
I love my stylist
I love my stylist, Hannah. She found me some special pieces this time, that I’d never have thought to try. It just gets better with each interaction. The more you develop a relationship with your stylist, the better it gets.

Super Customer Service
I had some unexpected expenses crop up and had to cancel my subscription with Daily Look. I forgot to send back my last box of clothes (which were SUPER cute, comfortable, and fit perfect) and they of course charged me for them. I immediately contacted them and said I would return that day if I still could return. They were very accommodating and allowed me to return and refunded my money. It was totally my fault yet they were super accommodating and helpful. As soon as I am able, I will be reactivating my subscription with Daily Look.
Poor service
Poor service, very disappointed. Ok so after seeing so many ads for Daily Look and how it was supposedly better than Stitch fix, I decided to give it a try. I had been a stitch fix customer on and off for many years, so I wanted to try something new. I was sorely disappointed and have gone back to my trusted stitch fix. First, the app has many features that just don't work - at all. They are there, and they don't work. I called their customer service line and they acknowledged that they don't work and suggested I go to the web page. I did that and the features work there but what is the point of having an app that doesn't work? I got my box and was again disappointed to find that the stylist didn't even seem to have paid attention to my profile, the styles I recorded as liking on the site, or my preferences that I clearly stated. I gave as much information as I could to make sure there was a good likelihood of getting items I would like. Wow, was I shocked to find that the box was all over the place and not at all in sync with my preferences or instructions. I was able to keep a pair of white jeans, and I will say I do like them though I only kept them to not lose my $40 styling fee and they were not exactly my style. The rest of the items were so far off from my preferences and likes that they seemed random. Oh, and the note from my stylist mentioned items that I had removed in the preview and they were not in my box. I thought that was lazy and poor attention to detail. I returned the items and it took about two weeks for the return to officially be recorded as received. Overall, I was so sad because I had high hopes for this service. I guess it goes to show the marketing messages are not always accurate.

Kind and considerate
The people that work there are kind and patient. A box did get lost recently, and I found myself yapping about my breast cancer experience in an email about the lost box. The person who replied couldn’t have been kinder. Very impressed.

Horrible customer service & overpriced
I've subscribed to this box for 12 months and in that time have received 6 boxes. The process starts off with you taking a styling quiz which asks your sizing (pants, dresses, and tops sizing) and gives you examples of your preferred styling (ex: sporty, professional, flirty, modern, etc) and what colors / prints you like and don't like as well as other questions to learn your preferences. My preferences were never adhered to. I got colors & prints that I explicitly said I didn't like. I regularly got the wrong sizing. Granted, there were probably 5 or 6 pieces I did keep over the course of my subscription, but it was less than 10% of the items they sent me - which is why I gave 2 starts instead of 1. Then the pricing! The quality of the clothing they send is not worth their price tag (ex: $118 for a sheer top?), especially when I look at the general pricing for the brands online. When I've had issues with my order I've used their customer service chat and the response is spotty, at best. Half the time they say you're next to chat with an agent, but never respond. Don't waste your time. Find another box.

I love the cloths they pick out for me. They listened to my requests and likes and have responded. I tried another clothing company like DAILYLOOK and they never read anything I wanted different. But DAILYLOOK listens! I asked to skip a month and they did. I’m having a very positive experience with this clothing company.

I always receive great pieces! My favorite jeans have come from Dailylook, and I am loving the boxes.
It's more expensive than other subscriptions but I have yet to come across a box that wasn't great, whereas other boclxes I have gotten was kinda lacking. Dailylook has been my best boxes. That's why I'm still here.

When my box was never received, I reached out concerned as I had been charged my styling fee but not received an order.
I received an email response back in less than 24 hours with an explanation on why I hadn’t received my order and a refund to the styling fee.
