Like your detail in explaining things.
Like all the wads of travel info and deals.
Enough on Chase Sapphire!
Dislike how it all revolves around points - I have status with Delta which is miles.
All those daily fare announcements should be Main, not Basic - it skews the deal and who really flies Basic, especially those who are subscribing to your blog!!!! Could you please seriously consider changing this - it's a game changer for me as far as subscribing again.

I start my every morning with coffee and Daily Drop news. Really like the section with Current Transfer Bonuses at the end of news.

Travel and card recommendations are very helpful. I like to think I’m a pretty good planner but info from Daily Drop has helped me look at new options and destinations.

This newsletter has become part of my daily routine! It's helped me find great deals on anything from credit card offers to point transfers. Definitely recommend!

Excellent daily newsletter (weekdays) with summary of important events in points and miles, supplemented with instructional videos on youtube and longer articles on the website

So much to learn and daily drop gives great explanations of why and how to do things in the points/miles game.
I didn’t give 5 starts because the focus is on very flexible transfer partners and strategies for those who have a lot of flexibility in travel. I don’t have much flexibility in my travel, so I don’t use a lot of the info, and I would appreciate more details of how to maximize in situations that aren’t flexible.
Overall a good value and I would recommend!

Good information delivered in quick, funny, and to the point format. Easy to skip to what I’m interested in and short enough to read it all.

I always find the newsletter to be interesting, whether in the main items or the fun article links. If I were a more fervent points collector, it would definitely be 5 stars!

I appreciate the useful information about how to take advantage of points & miles, as well as providing alerts when there are mileage transfer bonuses to maximize the use of points and miles. The detailed explanations and calculations of values makes it easy to tell if an offer is worth pursuing.

The consistently thoughtful, well written, something-for-every-kind-of-traveler newsletter makes it one of the few things I read absolutely every day. I almost always learn something, and even when I don’t I like to be reminded of the things that are important in the constantly changing world of miles and points.

The Daily Drop assistance in planning is direct and extremely helpful.
We are ‘year in advance’ planners, and start making flight and hotel reservations when they open, usually 11 months in advance. I have found that we make the most of our points/miles by doing this, but mainly it’s because we then avoid the risk of ‘last minute’ planning that sometimes just doesn’t work for us.
On our current Sept/Oct 2026 Brazil planning trip, Alissa pointed me in the best direction to get a business class points seat for my wife, and I’m booked in economy with the hope of upgrading later. Tying down the last currently available business class seat on that flight saved me a couple thousand $$$; so Daily Drop still gets 5* even without getting me the perfect second seat. 🫣🤣
But maybe they’ll get me there yet, with plenty of time for an upgrade to happen. Thanks Daily Drop!

Daily drop provides a lot of good and timely travel news/info useful for points travel, hotel stays, etc. Some content doesn’t apply to/interest me specifically but I know everyone has different goals, so I just skim through those.

Love the layout and functionality of the Daily Drop Pro website for searching award flights. Nice to be able to easily compare to cash price.
I have yet to take advantage of the Lounge and other features where I might be able to get some deeper advice or recommendations on how to book specific flights I'm looking at with my various reward programs.

It’s a lot of detail - maybe shorter descriptions with links for what is of interest. For example some of the more obscure airline partner programs, etc.
We did get direct found trip flights from LAX to Auckland on Delta for 68.000 points because of information in your newsletter, which for delta points is really good so thank you!!
