My first purchase was smooth, efficient and very professional. However when I asked what ID would be acceptable as my driving licence wasn't available for another purchase I heard nothing. As an exile from the west Midlands I always try to support businesses from that part of the world. I will be buying my SLR from somewhere else. Obviously they are too busy to take a minute to reply to an email.

Absolutely brilliant service from DAI Leisure, super quick ordering and confirmation of delivery date by personal phone call. Then on the Sunday morning of delivery, their fantastic driver, Paul, rang to say he'd be here at 7.28am and he turned up exactly on time. Very nice bloke, super friendly, and wow he puts in some serious daily miles to do his round!! Great bloke, great service, great company. I've wanted the HW45 air pistol for many years and now I've got this beauty! Thank you Paul and thank you DAI Leisure!!

DAI Leisure have got a very good website and they are really good value. They have a brilliant delivery service straight to your door for a nominal fee. The person who delivers the guns is amazingly nice and very kind and the staff at the shop are quick to answer, very thoughtful and helpful and also accommadating. I would 100% recommend these people.
