I find the online booking system easy to use. Then leading up to the appointment you get a reminder and a text to say the engineer is on the way. After the appt an email with the invoice. The engineer was very courteous and I’m confident in the job he carried out. I would highly recommend. Very professional.

Our system is fairly old and required some new parts but everything was explained, shown/pointed out and a quote given before carrying out the work which was helpful. The engineers were pleasant and helpful and I would recommend this company.

Over the years DAG Heating have provided our family with an excellent service, responding rapidly when plumbing issues arose in the home of our 84 year old late Mum. She loved Dave coming round and sorting everything out for her.

This week we were moving my vulnerable brother in law who lived in his mum’s house after her passing. Again Dave and his team responded quickly and fitted a brand new shower for us at very short notice. His apprentice Danny did a great job, removing the old broken shower that had been disconnected completely from supply and leaving us with a brand new fully working shower. We are very pleased with his work and with the service Dave and his team have always given us and would heartily recommend them to other potential customers.
