My Daewoo cyclone developed a fault
My Daewoo cyclone developed a fault, I contacted Daewoo electricals, not expecting anything, but hoping for the best. I received a very prompt reply and acknowledgement within a few days.
It was explained that my particular model was not available, but another would be sent as a replacement, if I agreed, which I did.
I received a replacement vac in under three weeks.
Well done Daewoo Electricals, customers service at its best.
