It was an investment
It was an investment, but my new shades are installed and already my little apartment is cooler! It is going to make a huge difference this summer! I really appreciated the installation video. Before I ordered the blinds I watched it and it gave me confidence that I could put them up myself once they arrived. The blinds fit perfectly and they move up and down smoothly. I am going to recommend them to our neighbors!

Did not work for me.
1. Not an original piece as advertised and not 100% matching the Dachfenster despite specifying the correct model.
2. Mounting instructions very unclear.
3. Item shipped from outside Germany. This was not informed earlier.
4. One plastic piece broke today!!

Poor service
Easy to explain. Very slow in reaction, tried to contact them 8 times, with more or less no reaction or very very late reaction. I cannot use the product up and till now, because two things are broken. One reparing kit didn't help out. I ordered the product in the beginning of April and now it's June. Now I want to have my money back or a fully new product. But as of this request, no reaction, again. Tom Adebahr, Germany.
