Missing Guaranteed auto from a “sealed case”
I bought a 2022/23 Uefa Topps Finest Flashbacks case and there was supposed to be an auto in every case.
I figured it was a mistake so I reached out to customer service, and they offered 15% off my order, but i said no, I want a refund. Then they automatically refunded 20% back after I adamantly said no.
They told me to speak to Topps, but topps “rejected” my claim. I told them this and they still ignored me. They lied about the case being “sealed”, probably just a random bunch of boxes from opened cases instead of a sealed case.
Now I’m out £350 and they gave me £70 for a case hit auto. So I have just paid £280 for a case of base cards…
Absolutely horrible customer service
Stay away from their cases!
Absolute liars!

1. The case you received was factory sealed, directly from the manufacturer. We do not open or alter cases.
2. Occasionally, manufacturers miss packing a “case hit.” This is outside of our control, and in those instances we follow a clear and consistent policy of offering a 20% refund as compensation.
3. In your situation, you initially declined, but we still provided the standard 20% refund to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.
We always strive to handle these rare situations transparently and consistently. While we regret that you are dissatisfied, we did apply the same fair policy that all of our customers receive in these cases.

Very happy - would recommend.
I was after a specific item and I looked a lot for it. Then I stumbled across this site. The price was expensive but very fair and cheaper than alot of others I had seen. I was sceptical about spending so much money on a company that isn’t from the UK like me. But after some confirmation emails with them I went for it. It arrived extremely well packaged from Netherlands to the UK, no damage or problems with the parcel. Very pleased with my purchase and thankful for the free packs. I will have no hesitations re-visiting and purchasing from you in the future. Thank you.

Great products and prices, but...
Tried to buy some SWU. Site was not very clear what was available and not. I filtered for available items, yet some were not available. I got a discount, but before taxes, which is not common in Europe and was confusing.
However, prices were sharp and products were great. Can recommand.
