Bob dishwasher is a really great mini device for the kitchen in case you have no option for a regular dishwasher.

After 1 year it started making noises and wasn't cleaning dishes properly, however after contacting their Customer Support I was offered to either send Bob back to their repair house or receive replacement parts and fix it myself. I fixed it myself, it was quick and rather simple. It's normal that some items break but what makes this experience great is Customer Support and their quick processes. Highly recommended!

very happy how it cleans, was easy to set up. Just what I needed in a small kitchen.

Works as advertised

The quality of the materials is very poor. It looks very cheap for that price. The bottoms are horrible.It works so I keep it and hide it where you can’t see it. It is not worth the money for such a cheap
looking machine, shame!

I found bob really nice and really cute. It is a life saver and the cutest desktop dishwasher there is. For that reason I don't regret buying it, as there's really no better option.

However, it doesn't wash perfectly. Coffee and tee stains are not washed away, and instead dried on my glasses & cups after washing, leaving it an strange brown coloring. I think it is due to the low quality Bob cassettes. If you are charging so much for cassettes that clearly uses too much plastics, and hoping that could give you a sustainable revenue after the sales of the product, then you should really optimize the quality of the soap....

In addition, it is quite upsetting that the day I received my bob, there's a new years discount for 20% off. I asked the customer service if I could get some refund, and got refused. This is basically encouragin me to return the bob and buy a new one (which will save me 20%)

The panel language can choose traditional Chinese, very nice.

I have been using Bob since November 2021, and I have to say I am more than happy. My partner and I use Bob once a day or sometimes twice when we have guests. I fill it more than the common capacity, but after 50 minutes, everything is super clean.

Everything works perfect and it cleans really good

It was a waste of time. I tried to contact you cause my purchase was already charged but no package was sent. Then you answer in a really bad way and make me feel like an idiot cause according to you the payment was not processed. Few days later you tell me that the payment was processed just after 2 weeks after I did my purchase. So I just feel like you are really incompetent and also you have a lack of customer service

Great product but what's the point of having a great product when you get awful customer service with it? I got my Bob almost 2 months ago and none of the Wi-Fi features work simply because my account won't connect to the identifier.
I keep trying to reach out to support and all I get is a very annoying repeated answer (as stated on our website we are facing technical issues right now) and then they stopped replying at all. how messed up as a company do you have to be to not be able to solve a technical issue for months?

Unfortunately cannot recommend company. Product did not work for me and customer service refused to provide instructions on how to send the product back (even though my cancellation happened within 14days after receipt in line with German regulations).

Over the course of 12 months using it, I found a few software and quality problems.
There are a few bugs in the software. That happens. But the support is very unwilling to provide a satisfying solution and is not very cooperative. It sends out free cartridges as compensation though.

Absolutely wonderful. I’m very happy with my Bob Minimalist. It works perfectly and cleans well. I do about 2 loads a day. Even the 20 minute cycle works well for most uses. I would highly recommend.

Not the product neither support worth it

The device has different structural errors which led to malfunctioning.
Sadly the support isn't aware and not able to understand nor help.

Workflows like registering don't work flawlessly, user input is recognized laggy (if any recognition happens).

Another example where a lot of devices get wasted because of a 5ct part not fitted well. Thats the opposite of 'green product'

Edit: Sure i tried to tell the support about the misplaced valve. It's causing 99% of all issues mentioned in reviews online (from leaking to not clean result). A new device won't help. I fixed it by myself.
