Late & Unhelpful

Drivers 4 hours late (with not so much as a courtesy phone call to apologise and keep me updated - I understand delays can occur) and, despite being two of them, refused to put the heavy items even in the lift (no option to add delivery instructions). No way to contact D4U or live track drivers. Also, no choice of delivery day (just a decline/accept with a week's wait).

I contacted this company early March…

I contacted this company early March with a list of dates that I can accept delivery as I work shifts. I've had 3 dates offered to me where I am working and unable to take the delivery, and each time being told it can be 10 working days until I'm offered another date. The route coordinator either doesn't know how to coordinate or is not being given the information of when I'm available to take delivery. Its driving me mad as I've been completely transparent and I appear to be speaking to a brick wall. I do not recommend this company AT ALL.

We bought an item from a company who used D4U Transport gave us a date which they will deliver on the Sunday they didn’t we got another date for the Tuesday, the 11th of July.. ON the Monday I presume it was one of the managers, very apologetic for all gone wrong, promise the Earth Take the old BED Away ..by the way, assemble the NEW BED INA room of our choice, promise everything delivered absolutely nothing. They came Tuesday to deliver didn’t want to take THE OLD BED OUT by the way took 20 minutes and numerous phone calls for them to do, this would not assemble the new bed, unless we pay them Packaging away was a nightmare argument after argument with drivers, so when they tell you on the service friendly and good their drivers are my experience is a different tale. Recommend this company to deliver a brick without them, damaging it if I buy anything up north again and they are involved in the delivery. I will cancel the order immediately , I’d rather pay more and go somewhere else, then having a company that I believe when a manager OR THE BOSS of the company say something mean IT something in words of an old film man speak with fork tongue what comes out of his mouth is worth jack ————this is my experience and I can pass it only has I see it. Let them respond TO ME OR THE company I bought the bed from
