Was advised on website that any orders place before 2pm would be next day delivery, order placed 30th Oct and its now the 14th Nov and nothing has been delivered. Tried contacting through online help form, email and calls but nothing, no response at all. Contacted the bank for a refund! Absolutely zero customer service and would definitely not give this company a penny, All seems a bit dodgy!!

Goods have not arrived and are still listed as ‘processing’. It’s 10 days since I ordered Thornton’s chocolates and my birthday has come and gone.
I have ‘reached out’ but have not received a reply. The phone number listed goes straight to message.
The only contact since receipt of order has been a request for this review.
I would say don’t buy from this company, if indeed it actually exists. Customer service is non existent and I am out of pocket. VERY disappointed.

I placed my order nearly 3 weeks ago and have not received it. I sent an email to get an update but have not had a response. My bank account has been debited tho. Terrible!

My experience is I have not received my item after two emails to Dnmart and have put it in the hands of my bank

Never sent said they haven't got any said he pay money back asn't done

Didn't receive the goods after a week and after contacting the company to ask where delivery was, just received an e-mail asking how well they did on Trustpilot ! No other response. Immensely disappointing and hope company will now contact me to advise on delivery or refund. Ordered same item of Milk Mint Lindt Truffles as Linda Wightman who didn't get hers either though showing in stock. Please do not advertise item and take payment for goods if no longer able to supply

ordered lindt chocolates received order number then nothing, online still advertising these lindt chocolates in stock and for sale, have tried phoning and emailing but no reply company quick to take money but then do not send order

Ordered 2 boxes of Lindt chocolate on 24 February. Sent a chaser email on 5 March - no reply. I’ve tried calling today on 7 March - no answer. I checked their trust pilot before ordering and they looked legit so I’m very disappointed. I’ll try to reclaim via my bank.

I ordered some lindt chocolates on 12th February, received an acknowledgement but nothing has arrived as at 26th February. I have tried the number, mobile is switched off, I have emailed,no reply. Disgusted!
