Extremely rude customer service - no service at all!
I ordered two tires with additional rims for my Mazda 2. But since I have absolutely no clue as to what rims I need, I asked the customer service employee to just order some for me. He did - but then it turns out that the rims do not go with the bolts of the car - and so I have to return them.
You would probably think - cause I assume you are a decent person - that it would be possible of course to return the tires and rims for free.
BUT NO! I now have to pay 450 kroner in order to return the rims - rims that I did not pick out myself but had Dæk Online choose for me.
I am in shock - I am mad. And I will not pay ANYTHING.

TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAVE INCREDIBLY ARROGANT ‘CUSTOMER SERVICE’. NEVER USE THEM!!
I ordered 4 winter tyres at the start of August which were shown to be in stock on daekonline's web site. I need the tyres the following week as I had made an appointment with my mechanics to fit them. I received a confirmation email immediately which informed me that I couldn’t alter the order. I noticed that daekonline withdrew the money from PayPal the same day. The tyres did not arrive within a week and I received no further information from daekonline. I therefore sent them an email, asking for a delivery date. They replied that they would push their warehouse for a quick delivery and that I should have ‘a little patience’. 3 days later there was still no response, and no tyres. I wrote again, asking how much patience they were expecting me to have. I told them I wanted a firm commitment within two days or else they could cancel the order and refund the money. They replied quickly, stating that the tyres were out of stock and that they would refund the money.
- There was no apology
- Why couldn’t they tell me that the tyres were out of stock when I ordered them?
- I have lost kr.80 along the way due to currency conversions and bank costs. Daekonline have, however, earned interest in my money whilst I waited 10 days.
DAEKONLINE ARE TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAVE INCREDIBLY ARROGANT ‘CUSTOMER SERVICE’. NEVER USE THEM!

Make sure that you are not using Paypal…
Make sure that you are not using Paypal as a means of payment if your local currency is different from Euro, as Paypal have a significant exchange rate gap and you therefore will pay a lot more in your local currency compared to any other payment method.
Items and delivery was as expected.
