I had a disappointing experience with Virbac Slovensko. My order arrived quite late and, when it finally did, the products were way past their best-before date, even by the time of purchase. Customer service acknowledged the mistake, but this should not happen with pet food. Based on this experience, I don’t feel confident ordering from their online shop again.

Chybu jsme přijali a pokusili jsme se ji napravit. Chápeme, že vzhledem k této zkušenosti nebudete dále odebírat naše krmiva. Udělali jsme podrobná opatření, aby se situace neopakovala.
Ještě jednou se omlouváme za nepříjemnosti.

Very good items for pets feeding but repeatedly wrong experiences with payment gateway. The payment cannot be completed - IT coding settings problem, but this the buyer doesn´t care.
