Was pretty stoked to get my business visible on AI. Before when folks looked for my local business on ChatGPT it didn't even show. First month I started showing up and getting referrals.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I knew about cytd.ai because @mavgpt on instagram said it was the best seo tool in the market. Little did I know it was, at least partly, his company. But anyway.
Terrible management, false promises and bad communication. The name of your online rep changes every week on the website. My score increased ZERO percent in a month. If they had said that was normal in the beginning, I wouldn't have subscribed. But I was sold something entirely different.
The cancellation process is DESPICABLE. 7 windows to be able to cancel, I was offered 50% discount midway saying my information would all get deleted never to be recovered if I unsubscribed now. It was 37mb's worth of blog posts, btw. I mean, they could've just put it in a drive somewhere, seriously. The process is just a bunch of scare tactics.
I don't think it's shady. I just believe it's very young people with little to no experience mismanaging the company to the point that I don't know if it will ever really launch despite mavgpt's huge following and endorsement.
And I'm out 300 dollars, which isn't a lot but it's definitely a lot for nothing in return and no clarity about what I was getting into from the get-go. If I stayed with them, MAYBE this whole GEO thing would have worked but the way everything was done left a terrible taste in my mouth and I decided to not continue.
