collective complaint test achat

hello,
for all the people that are not happy with CYRANA , please send me a message on facebook ( Violette Castadot) with your name, contact phone number and email because we will create a collective complaint with legal department of Test achat. but i need more people with me.

cyrana needs to rembourse me 1000 euros travel card + 70 euros cashback from september 2021... still waiting for it with no reasons.

if we are enough people we can make a bigger complaint towards the company.

No cash back after 6 months
After buying a laptop in Switch in January 2022, I haven't received any cash back, which I was promised to receive after 14 weeks. Emailed Cyrana and never got any reply. Called them and they said they didn't have cash back information for my account. Definitely recommend buyers not to sign up for any contracts with Celside, Hubside or Cyrana.

Scam

Scam. In the Switch shop in Antwerp the sales person clearly mentioned you had to take a free membership in order to get a cashback. I asked him 3 times if he was sure it was free and he assured me it was. When signing the digital contract he also pointed out it was free, something that was clearly visible on the digital contract I signed. However, when receiving the 'copy' my digital autograph had been pasted on a completely different contract where the membership was 19,99 euro a month. This is a scam that seems to have happened to many others if you read the reviews. Please contact me to do a joint declaration at a police point.

Extremely bad experience with SWITCH…

Extremely bad experience with SWITCH and Cyrana's modern robbery. Making use of my honesty, they sold me an iphone and sold my partner a macbook promising the cash back in 6 weeks maximum. Since Oct 2021, I am being told to wait the cashback will be paid we are in June 2022! Lately they don't respond to my phone and email and the switch shop says we cannot help you. Please don't repeat my mistake.

FRAUD!

I truly believe that Switch and Cyrana are doing the modern rubbery. I paid 700euro for just signing a contract for the cash-back offer of 250 euros which I haven't received.
I have already started the legal procedure with a lawyer to stop this fraud
BE CAREFUL and never do the same mistake as me

This company is really not trustworthy.

This company is really not trustworthy.
I bought an Iphone 12 in the Switch Store in Antwerp, and was promlsed cash back of €250 after signing up, to be paid back in twee weeks.
This was in September 2021 and we are in March 2022. I have made several phone calls and am always been told that the payment will be made soon.
I have other 4 members of my family with the same issue.
They never pick the phone and constantly tells you everything is ok, and there is a huge backlog due to the success of the action.
I will be making complaints to the FOD economie about this!

Was sold a contract under false pretenses at a Switch Apple Reseller.

Switch told me I was signing for a Customercard of their shop, while I was actually signing a contract for a firm called Cyrana. Got the contract in my mailbox and decided to cancel immediately. Based on other comments it is incredibly hard to cancel your contract and customer service never seems to pick up their phones. I Already filled in the form on their website which states that I can cancel anytime by filling out their form. I never got a confirmation mail so they can basically claim I never cancelled. Sent them an email as well for proof and will be sending a registered letter with legal proof tomorrow. This is selling under false pretenses and is therefore illegal.

TL;DR

Do not sign anything at your switch apple reseller shop.

Stay away from them!

I joined CYRANA via a Switch shop. As the item that I had ordered from Switch (an iPhone model) was not delivered after seven weeks, I decided to cancel my order (at around end of Oct 2021). At that time my ordeal with CYRANA has started. No word about returning my money. After reminding them in early December 2021, they sent me an e-mail saying that the amount to be reimbursed was approved and was due to be reimbursed. One month later the money was still not in my account and on my question the answer was that it took (in their system) some 45(!) days for the money to be transferred. After 45 days (no money back, of course) same story (new "approval", another 45-days to count... Still no money back...
After the publication of this review they appeared asking my contact details. I sent them (again...). Still more than a month now nobody has contacted me and nobody has answered to my messages to them on the status of my reimbursement... they are just crooks!

I joined cyrana via switch shop

I joined cyrana via switch shop. But i have had two bad experiences with them. first i was promised 55inchh TV but it was not delivered as promised and after a hefty number of calls and correspondence they informed me that the TV is not anymore in production. I was offered an Ipad and they delivered on that thankfully. And as compensation for the elevated stress that they gave me they skipped two monthly payments. And again my second experience is when it was due for me to get my three monthly vouchers (value 300 euros) three weeks late and got nothing ... i was informed that there was a technical problem and had to again go in a calling frenzy to their customer service which themselves were helpless to find a solution. Finally they got tired of my calls and offered to recompsate this by transfering the amount to my Bank (this they told me will take 4 to 8 weeks) ... it seems nothing runs smoothly at Cyrana ... the stress level one gets is not worth it. They never agree to give anything in writing because customer service were not authorised to write emails so they told me. In short ... it was never a smooth sail for me with cyrana ... always had to fight to get what was promised ...
Just want to clarify my point Cyrana has always come true on their promises but my issue is that things don’t run smoothly but for delay in promises I was compensated well. If things run smoothly without hiccups then I would recommend joining cyrana.

Pure scam - cashback never received - don't sign anything with cyrana or celside!!!

On August 21st, I bought an Apple watch in Switch store in Antwerpen. I was told I would be given 100 eur cashback within 40 days.
We are in december and millions of e-mails and calls later, the story is the same: have patience and wait.

Pure scammers... I will never see this money in my bank account, and fortunately, I have canceled any services with both Cyrana and Celside. AND I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING IN SWITCH AGAIN.
