I started using sept 25, it’s now December. I’m 59 and had thick short dark hairs grow on my chin and just underneath. I would only pluck but they were really hard to pull out. I felt like it was a weekly challenge and you could really see them when they were starting to come out but not able to pluck. I do also have very fine white hair. I use it morning and night religiously: I only need 2-3 drops to soak the area. It took a few weeks to notice the difference but definitely less hair and easier to pluck. The product is a 5* if you are patient. The more you have the longer I guess it will take. The fine white hair seems to still be there but it’s very fine.

After 3 months use I still have half a bottle but I have ordered I second. I won’t be subscribing.

I’m not giving a full 5* because the packaging and website do not offer much help and instructions. I’ve attempted to msg on IG and have zero response. No customer engagement at all. Which is poor.
You should advise on whether you pluck or shave before or after using. How much and wear you can and can’t use. When you should use it. Also if you can use other serums makeup etc alongside or will it weaken the product. Typical time to show effects based on customer reviews or testing. Etc.

It could be a premium product but the brand lets it down. We are in an era of information and you should provide it for your customers.

Ive been using since August 2025 and I am on my second bottle. I have suffered for years with thick dark facial hair due to PCOS and have tried EVERYTHING. I was skeptical that this was another gimmick but, while the hair in my chin has not completely gone it is becoming finer and less corse with each week. I no longer have a constant 5 o'clock shadow on my chin and neck. I will continue using this and will probably switch the the subscription now I know it does actually work

Extremely slow to resolve issues.
It takes days for customer service to reply back to you...
They never sent me my free bottle with a promo and they don't notify you when your subscription us coming up.
So they withdraw your money than don't refund it.

I was very skeptical about the product working. I’ve gotten very good results so far. Hair growth seems considerably less. I plan to keep using it!

If I could give minus points on a review I would. Absolute worst experience with this company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They sign you up to a subscription even when you don’t select to do so, refuse to cancel, block your email do not respond to you and do not give you your money back so you are stuck in a loop of paying them monthly for something you didn’t sign up to and cannot cancel. Absolute nightmare DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

If I could not leave a star then I wouldn’t. They charged me which I don’t even remember signing up for anything. I hate companies that force you into something and when you ask for money back, now they can’t. Well fine don’t give me my money back at least send a replacement delivery of the item I already paid for. They didn’t do that either just a bunch of useless back and forth emails. This product doesn’t even work. If you have really thick facial hair it will not work. DONT BUY THIS, THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE.

It’s been taking a while but I can see less dark hairs growing also I stop having ingrown hair on my chin is very good. It takes a while and is a matter of consistency. I only wish they didn’t change the bottle I like the old school better plus it had more.

They automatically put you onto a subscription and it’s incredibly hard to come off. I have already emailed them once to take me off yet I have had two more charges since.

As for the oil - I was using it for my chin hair and it gave me spots. For all seeking advice just use a laser. Terrible product.

Incredible! This serum works amazingly on my facial hair. Ancient wisdom really works for modern problems with consistency! The whole concept of using ancient ingredients is so cool and it actually works. My chin and upper lip were getting really bad but after 8 weeks theyre smooth. The natural approach just makes sense.

Product takes ages to arrive and has not been working for me so far. I have been in contact for months trying to cancel subscription. I have also tried to get the product shipped to my new address for months without any luck. Would not recommend.

Terrible customer service, they sign you up for a subscription without letting you know and when you ask for a refund they just stop responding. Scam!!!

I have only been using the serum for about 2 weeks and I am already seeing a difference. I will continue to use until I have the hair problem under control.

So far the product is ok my first few days using it.

Mhina was amazing. The girls shone through with their awesome customer service skills. The products are so cute. The CyperGlow serum is easy to apply. Simply massage into desired area consistently. The results don't appear instantly but the need to pluck reduced from daily to twice a week instead.

If there was a 0 I would have rated them this. Warning!! I don't care how much you like the stuff it isn't worth buying because they jerk you around when you try to cancel (I don't even remember signing up) their customer service is terrible, not sure how they stay in business.

I bought the product as a one time purchase but they still enrolled me into a subscription upon payment. There was no communication that the subscription had been set up nor that they had charged my account again - the only way I knew was that the second product turned up at my house.

I have loved it. I have been using for about a month & already notice it seem to come less a little & not as much stubble by the night or hair growth by the next morning. It is seeming to weaken & not be as thick even though it is that stubborn white chin hair from pcos. My skin feels great with it as well. I have tried other things but so far this has seemed the best to make some difference. I am looking forward to seeing how much more after another month or 2 as well.
