I have called several times regarding issues that were unrelated to the products or the company—specifically, problems with the postal service not delivering my package. Cymbiotika issued me a full refund and shipped a new order before I even returned the original products. Additionally, if they miss your call, someone will reach out to you promptly.

Now, let's discuss the products. I have a sensitive digestive system; I bloat easily, find it hard to fit into my clothes, lack energy, and often catch colds that linger for too long. My daughter discovered this company and fell in love with it. She was on her second subscription when I decided to give it a try.

After just three days of taking the liquid Colostrum, I was amazed at how much better I felt. My stomach flattened, and foods that usually upset me no longer did. Taking the SeaMoss during the coldest winter helped me avoid getting sick, and Omega—wow! I absolutely love it. I’ve struggled to find an omega supplement that actually works, but this Omega is incredible. I am now waiting to finish the creatine I used to purchase from another company so I can try Cymbiotika’s version.

I do wish they offered a protein powder. Many companies claim to sell plant-based protein with the right ingredients for easy digestion, but I have yet to find one that meets my needs despite trying dozens.

I had accidentally ordered a duplicate item and couldn't find a way to cancel or correct it. I called for assistance and they understood my situation based on my account orders and could clearly see the error. They were able to assist me in correcting the issue and even processed the correct one for me as a courtesy. I am a super fan of Cymbiotika especially since they played a big role when I first started with their probiotics which I found to be the best in dealing with my ongoing auto-immune disorder. It really helped improved my symptoms so much that I started purchasing more of their products. They aren't cheap but good stuff doesn't come cheap.
