Living in Belgium I didn't know this website & I must say that I've been very satisfied of the customer experience. I ordered cymbals delivered on time & packed so carefully.
I've been browsing the site a little quite a few videos & I appreciated the fact that Gunnar is really passionate about drumming & seems to have turned his passion into work !

Very nice person who takes care of you. Unique and wonderful experience. Very professional, honest and very kind. Needless to say, I recommend with your eyes closed. The tracking is perfect, precise and the product is extremely well packaged. The pieces are rare on the market and the audio-videos faithful to the sound of the cymbals.

Even though I didn't purchase the Cymbalworks Collectable 15" Vintage hi-hat I was looking for, I did have an excellent customer service experience with Gunnar. He is patient and tries to help you with video samples of two different hi-hats. I ended up buying the Cymbalworks Collectable 16" Vintage hi-hat. It's a fantastic sounding hi-hat from a Danish cymbal maker.

I bought the Dream Cybmbals trihat and CymbalOne offered a very competitive price. Delivery was very quick and packaging was professional. Only one minor point: CymbalOne uses the cymbals to produce a video in order for customers to get a grasp of the sound (which is nice), but upon delivery there were quite some fingerprints on all three brand new cymbals. I recommend you clean cymbals after usage. Will definitely place further orders if I'm in need of new material. Thanks!
