Great Support Experience
I had a problem with my order (my own fault) and reached out to the Cycliq support team for help. They resolved the problem very quickly. Great support! And I’ve had my Fly6 camera for a couple of years, and rate it very highly: I never ride without it.

Software update - good experience and outcome
Things change and sometimes software updates don’t get applied quite as you’d like them to. This is where an effective and pragmatic help desk is needed and demonstrates the difference between a customer focused organisation and those that simply want your money.
In my case a small update to my Fly 12 Sport was needed. Roger at Cycliq quickly identified the issue and provided clear step by step instructions as to what was needed. Problem solved, thank you.
And to cap it all the issue was addressed so promptly that the different time zones (U.K. to WA) was not a problem.
Cycliq support was fair and thorough…
Cycliq support were fair and thorough in their approach to a fault with my Fly 6. Once we had established (via a test that I carried out under their instruction) that the unit's battery was giving only 50% of its advertised runtime, they replaced it under the terms of their warranty.
Great product - WONDERFUL customer service
After getting smacked by a homeless guy and harassed by some guy in a car who leaned on his horn for a full 2 minutes at me, yelling at me until I moved (green light), I decided it was time for a camera. Two cameras - one in the back and one for the front.
Many drivers around here do not have front license plates, so I got a second camera. They work well, do the job. (Though I admit I haven't figured out how to change the date/time.)
Anyway, one of the cameras started acting up and I contacted the folks at Cycliq. I got immediate attention - like within an hour! Roger was fabulous, giving me a list to do to check out the various things that could be the problem. None of this was difficult. Roger determined I had a defective camera and ordered a replacement and gave me the RA# to return the defective camera.
Everything went smoothly - and I got my new camera in just days!!! I am very impressed with the team at Cycliq and their product. THANK SO MUCH!! And thanks for making a product that helps keep us safe on the roads.

Roger and the crew at Cycliq are first rate! Just like the product they produce, they begin and end each day with the customer in mind. I'm a proud owner of Cycliq products and my wheels don't turn without them. Having had to use them in an accident, they saved my bacon. I can say enough about the products or the support. The Best Choice
There is no better drive recorder for bicycles at this time in terms of image quality, battery life, etc.
The only drawback is that the mount is slightly less strong. I would like to see a metal mount available, even if it is an optional item.

Really pleased with response I had to a minor issue I had with my Cycliq 12 Sports camera. What was especially good was the speed of the response. I had a reply from the company almost immediately and after checking bona fides received a replacement item in just over a week which bearing in mind firm is based in Australia is really impressive. Fly12sport Power issue
Although I’d been using my Fly12 sport for a while I was starting to have issues with it stopping to record during even short rides of only a couple of hours. I got in touch with support and they gave me continuous help for about a week, troubleshooting the issue
We were in contact almost daily until it was resolved They answered all questions promptly and I felt that they listened to all my concerns
I give them my strongest recommendation Although cameras won’t prevent accidents, having evidence, especially when riding alone is important

No replacement battery, but discount on new
While it is not currently possible to replace the aged battery (i only have about 1 hour of life) in my current Fly6, it was possible to get a reasonable discount on a new replacement. Even more, they were able to add the discount after my purchase.
Looking forward to continuing to enjoy my safe, recorded rides.

The all you need cameras
Fabulous cameras with all you need for piece of mind while out for a ride. Great footage, easy to use and seems pretty robust. I own other high end cameras but the Fly12 and 6 give me a combination that captures all I need. That said I had a minor issue with the Fly 12 regarding the mount on the camera - Cycliq responded by sending out a new camera with great response using their contact details online. Super efficient and a totally brilliant service. The non changeable battery and mount on the camera are my only slight issue but these are out weighed by the design and function of these cameras. App is good too. It is sad that after 45 years of riding a bike I feel the need for a camera device, but if you have ridden in the UK it is becoming the norm.
