I purchased a Tacx Neo 2T cycle trainer from CycleTec.ch in Switzerland and have been extremely disappointed with their service. I had some problems with it (and still do), and they totally washed their hands of me. They just put me in touch with Garmin and have stopped even answering my emails. This is the first time I've ever had an online retailer be so totally uninterested in aftercare. Beware before you purchase from them....
