Well priced insurance
Really easy to purchase at a good price. The score would have been a 5 if the online after set up had been easier to do. I kept losing my security number having to go back to my email. Using a second device was a breeze tho.

I’m sorry to hear that you feel this way. We understand that our pricing may not suit everyone, but we always encourage customers to contact us if they have any concerns so we can discuss the situation further and see if there’s anything we can do to help.
Just to clarify, the lower price you’re referring to was part of our special introductory offer for new customers, which you would have received during your first year with us. This is why the discounted rate is currently shown on our website for new members.
When your policy comes up for renewal, that introductory discount unfortunately comes to an end, as it is only available for the first year. This is because our underwriters provide this offer exclusively to new customers, and after the initial period the policy moves to the standard pricing.
I can see that you spoke to my colleague Dale regarding this, and he was happy to have a look at the renewal price, where he then offered a discount which you did not accept.

Reasonably straightforward process to insure my bicycle. Plenty of information provided on the best way to secure the bike when leaving it in public as well as what type of lock meets their requirements.
