Affordable payments. The staff is patient and I never have an issue getting them otp.

They were very patient and have ability to help you if you talk to them tell them the truth they, if you cant pay at all your out of luck. though im almost finished paying my lease to own contract was 48 mo. i do see some questions i want answered like on their website my payoff is such and such amount i hope its true i am concerned that it doesnt show i had 3 deferred payments that go on the final last payment but their website doesnt show when my last payment is due like a schedule???? how can i over come this obstacle??? i would like the website be more informative rather than talk on phone although they have excellent customer service in my opinion i would do business w. cycleonfinancial if they are willing to finance me again someday maybe. i have a S417y job is like a roller coaster and had covid19 3weeks ago missed a whole weeks pay plus 1 saturday was OT 200$ for that day alone so i managed to catchup my payments a wishing the best outcome. if anything when you obligated to pay a loan or lease and come to hard times call them and let them know dont be a shadow maybe offer a good faith payment as much you can pay at moment, i have, please fix your website to give me information to my schedule for all my payments exspecially the final one..

Do not do business with this finance company. I could go on for miles in text telling you what a poor excuse for an outfit this is, but I’ll keep it short. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They ONLY deal with shady dealerships (no reputable dealer would do business with Cycleone Financial) and charge nearly illegal interest rates, then repossess your vehicle if you can’t pay on time. This is a dirty company with dirty employees and higher ups, like the Rileys. You have been warned
