Need my gears adjusted after a crash and after ten minutes in the shop it was in perfect condition again. The staff were friendly and knew what they were doing. Great job!

Excellent service & knowledge. Originally placed an order for a S Merida Scultura Juliet 4000. John emailed me to ask for my height & inside leg measurement to ensure I got the correct sized bike as different manufacturers vary. Turned out I needed an XS instead! Your advice was spot on, thank you. I've cycled about 200 miles on it so far & absolutely love it, completely different ride to my Liv with Claris!

Ordered my daughter a new bike, that was on back order. They emailed me to confirm the timeline, to check the colour and to make sure we were happy to proceed. They informed me that they had come into stock early and sent the bike from Scotland to Sussex! A really good service and lovely team to deal with.

Lockdown hell was made much easier with an Orbea MX 24 from Cyclelane.
John was helpful and responded to emails very quickly. The bike arrives on time (despite being at the other end of the UK) and at a very good price.

I was put in touch with Cyclelane as I was after a FELT carbon fork which was damaged. The place I originally bought the bike from ( very large online retailer) was of no help but Cyclelane went above the call of duty and helped identify and get the correct fork replacement all the way from USA. They kept me informed throughout the process, always replying by email promptly and answering the phone. I would definitely recommend Cyclelane for not only excellent bikes and parts but there willingness to go the extra mile and look after you irrespective of the part you are interested in - will be using you again soon - Thank you

Used the guys for the 1st time at the Clarkston Road, Cathcart showroom for a Group Set Upgrade on 2 road bikes and was really impressed. Super knowledgeable, excellent work on both bikes, talked through the process and all the wee extras and tidy ups that are required. My go to place for my bike need from now on. Happy to recommend.

I originally wanted a previous years bike for my little boy that was discontinued but it was no longer in stock so I was offered a current model at he same price. I was kept up to date with the status of the order which also arrived quickly and promptly. Can’t ask for anymore.

After looking for a road cycle for a while, saw on-line and bought a "Felt" cycle from "Cyclelane".
Absolute brilliant service from details about the bike including sizing etc, advice on extra parts required to delivery. Arrived promptly on delivery date requested. Packaged really well. Really pleased with bike and would recommend "Cyclelane" to anyone looking to purchase.
