I placed an order on the 12th October for the new Orbea Gain M30 in Coral and the Bike was delivered on Monday 18th October. Very well packaged, no issues with the transportation. All communication with Cyclelane was quick and efficient. Shout out to John who was great. Would consider using Cyclelane again due to the quality of Service. Thanks Cyclelane.

Popped in today desperate for a new tyre, a difficult size to get, already two other places unable to help. Smashing response, hunted about and resolved the problem. Yes, very helpful and pleasant guys and happy to recommend.

Absolutely excellent service from Cyclelane! I was let down by big name retailer several times when ordering a bike for my son's birthday. Found these guys online and they had the same bike in stock which I ordered on a Thursday and this came the following Monday, which arrived in good time for his birthday. Incredible service and I will be definitely be using these again for any future purchases. Highly recommend using Cyclelane for anyone wishing to buy a new bike!!!

Really impressive service. Told me when and where my order will be. The bike was delayed but it wasn't their fault because of the pandemic its very hard to get bikes anyways. The bike was neatly packed and not even a scratch from the transport. Would highly recommend.

Ordering was straightforward, good contact with the shop. I rang the shop to discuss delivery days and they delivered on a better day when i was working from home - very helpful.

Ordered my bike using cycle to work scheme voucher, showed the voucher and they took care of everything. Great advice given to me when selecting bike, and again when I went to collect it - I was given a run through of the bikes features etc which was much appreciated. Will use cyclelane again for future purchases and servicing

I picked up my new Merida Scultura 200 from Cyclelane recently and couldn’t be happier with it. I ordered the bike online using the cycle2work scheme and it was ready to pick up a week later. John and his team went the extra mile and gave great advice. A great find of a shop and I’ll definitely be back in for any additional cycling purchases!

Condescending individual who was almost confrontational in his approach to offering advice. He did make me think I needed some expert advice but he made sure in his attitude that it wasn’t his advice I would heed or his shop that would get my business. Shame because I was keen to support a local business

Cyclelane were amazing from start to finish. They were helpful and responsive on the phone and via email. They advised honestly and kept in touch by messaging when the bike was being sent to make sure that suited us. They even messaged to make sure everything was ok when it arrived!

Brilliant service and speedy replies to emails. I wanted a frog bike for my daughters 4th birthday, and the one I wanted was sold out everywhere.

Was on the look out for a disc road bike and Cyclelane had a Merida reacto 7000e at a great price in my budget, over the phone query was dealt with promptly and professionally by John who advised on correct sizing for my height for the Merida. Purchase and pick up was problem free and great socially distanced handover given as a pavement pick up explaining all bikes functions and maintenance. Would definitely recommend.

Bought my daughter’s first pedal bike a couple weeks ago. Knew I wanted a Frog but was unsure of size and given Covid couldn’t just take her to sit on them.
Phoned up and got excellent advice and as a result I got one that fits perfectly ( would have bought wrong size before speaking to them). Delivered promptly, built and ready to go.
Daughter is delighted with it
