The brakes were a nightmare to fit and the instructions were extremely difficult to follow.
We have built many a bike and this was by far the trickiest.
There is a small rip in the seat pad which isn’t great.

I bought a Cannondale Quick 4. Very fast delivery and the best price I could find anywhere. The bike is perfect although it did need various parts putting together. No complaints at all

Items were ready at the desk for when I turned up to save time

After a fairly serious accident on Saturday that resulted in my partner being thrown from her new gravel bike, I needed the bike checked over to assess the damage. I had used Cycle King in Chadwell Heath a few months earlier to service our road bikes ahead of an event and was extremely happy with the service, so I didn’t hesitate to take the bike back there.

I called early in the day and they were incredibly accommodating, agreeing to take a look at the bike at lunchtime that same day. The level of service was nothing short of outstanding. The staff were genuinely kind and caring given the circumstances, and they repaired the damage while I waited - all for an incredibly reasonable price.

I can honestly say the team there are legendary. It’s the only bike shop I’ve used that I fully trust. Thank you.

Richard was absolutely fantastic in helping me choose the right frame size. The bike arrived super quick and was really well packaged. I havent gone for a ride just yet, but overall I am so happy with this purchase and have no doubt it will add lots of fun to our camping trips.

Have a look at your courier service. Courier said they would deliver on 13 th didn’t turn up

Bike clean and ready on collection and stored for a week so my daughter didn't spot it in the garage. Even installed a stand whilst collecting as it didn't have one. The only downside is the lack of comms on the recall for the free 6 week service. Most people are busy so a follow up would be great and a more personal touch. No issues with anything else.
