Excellent experience from start to end. So helpful whenever I called up and were genuine too. Called me up after purchase and to let me know my bike was ready. Took plenty of time in the shop to explain everything.

The staff were so helpful
The staff were so helpful, offering to fit the part that I ordered while I waited, despite being very busy. Super helpful and first rate service - it’s a shame there aren’t more shops like Cycle King. They were also really knowledgeable when I called and asked for some advice.
