Have a problem/fault with my purchase and have been passed around depts. Latest directs me to a mailbox advising that company in administration. Run out of options and disillusioned.

I was involved in a road traffic accident where a car knocked me over as I was riding home from work.

So I put a claim into Wiggle as my bike was quite badly damaged from the accident. From start to finish Wiggle were great. I received a new bike thanks to them. William was really helpful, answering all my questions and concerns during the process and keeping me updated, while I was recovering from my accident.
