Was sent the wrong type of bearings
Was sent the wrong type of bearings. When contacted them they initially said would arrange for correct ones to be sent but subsequently emailed to say I should use the ones sent. When queried again advised I would have to pay postage to return to get refund. Definitely a waste of my time snd money and more concerning is the feel it is appropriate to put the wrong part in as a substitute. They're hood at answering the phone though.

I spoke to Tom
I spoke to Tom, as was in a predicament as was off to France 2 days later for an ultra race, Tom got my wheels sorted and dispatched ASAP in time for my race.
Also the wheels performed brilliantly, 1058miles in 5 days with 28mm tyres taking in some fairly rough gravel enroute.

Excellent value lightweight rim-brake…
Excellent value lightweight rim-brake wheelset that has had some great reviews. Time will tell how robust they are.
The ordering process was easy but I didn't get any confirmation email. However a quick call the following morning confirmed the order had gone through and was being prepared. Super-fast delivery the following morning.
