On the 20th of August I ordered a bike rack which was supposed to be delivered within 5/7 days.

After 5 days I asked information about my order because on my account the requested items were still not available so I started to be worried about the delivery time. It took several mail until I got the feedback where they told me to do not worry because the were "processing" the order. whatever that means.

few days after and several mails I got the feedback that two of the requested items weren't still available. But these were extra spare part not essential for my purpose, so I asked to skip them from the order and proceed with the shipment.

Finally, despite items that they confirmed for the shipment in the communication, they sent me just me plastic caps but not the bike carrier on which they should be mounted.

The delivery station were I receive my online purchase charge me 5 € for each package that I receive. This means that I had pay 5 € for the two plastic caps that have a value of 1.4 €, plus the shipping cost of 3.9 €. I paid 9 € to receive 1.4€ value products which are totally useless for me!!!! How stupid is this!?

I still have to receive the refund for those items which I cancelled from my order.

Beside these, consider also that I received mails saying that my order was cancelled while some one else was telling me that the items were about to be shipped.

They never ever answer to the phone.

I doubt that I will get my money back. If not I will take legal actions.

DO NOT USE THIS ONLINE SHOP!!!

I got a defect light and wanted to exchange it. I never even got in contact with them, nor via telephone, nor mail.

I order Fulcrum Red Wind XLR wheels March 2018 and never received what I order. No response to calls or mails. Only way was to make claim through my bank cause wheels were already paid. Never ever order anything here.

I ordered a pair of Fulcrum racing zero wheels (Campagnolo), Michelin tires and some other stuff. Cycle-basar sent wheels with shimano hub and wrong tires. Now cycle-basar dont want to replace the hub and they dont answer emails. You cant trust them.
"Cycle-basar..Ihr sympathischer Radsportversand" ---what a joke!

I have bought there one set of Campagnolo Shamal wheels, and they had the lower price I saw (699). And delivery was done in 2 days. Only one wheel was a little tiny bit uncentered, but nothing important and nothing to claim about it. Trustable shop.
