Was looking to purchase a server but wasnt sure about some stuff so i decided to reach out to live support.
My support was Lorem who did an amazing and professional job. Kind,understanding and super fast responds. My issue got resolved within minutes. 10/10 would recommend (:

quick response ~5-10 mins and lorem (the goat) was very helpful (thank you for not using ai for customer service)

Sometimes there are issues, but the Support is kind, fast and just good!

Juan was quick to answer and immediately solved my problem. They even stayed on the line to make sure the problem was actually solved.

Juan is my goat, had some dumb issues and i got the help i need very quickly :p

Support team is AWSOME i had an issue with modding and Lorem from there discord server was able to fix it in no time, and the servers it self run smooth as butter.

I had a problem with setting up some certain files, but thanks to Lorem, she was incredibly sweet and patient with me. I had such great help figuring everything out. It all runs properly and swell! Definitely would recommend :)

I love it. It’s great, and the prices are very reasonable.
Plenty of regions to choose from, and the processor power is great. Seriously if anyone is reading this and looking to start small, whether it’s an SMP or a private server, I highly recommend their hosting. They support multiple games too, not just Minecraft. I mainly use it for Minecraft, and I can confidently say I’m very satisfied.

Been a great hosting service, super easy to use and the chat support is super helpful, Juan has helped me on multiple occasions when I had questions and made everything super smooth!

I'm new to game server hosting and opted out of buying a configured server to do it myself. Its not easy as it looks but the customer support Juan helped a lot giving me suggestions for alternatives as well as on how to fix the issue

Great support, easy to use dashboard, simple interface and great up time.
Shoutout to Lorem from support for being so responsive and helping out.

I use them for a Palworld server. Never have any problems and their support team is really fast to respond. Well worth the money!
