I bought a refurbished HP Z1 G9 from Cybist in October from their Amazon Shop. Even before purchase, my enquiries were answered straight away. The computer came quickly, was well packaged and in great condition. My questions about possible HDD upgrades were answered with helpful advice and Andrew even provided a few small but difficult to source components free of charge. An excellent buying and aftercare experience.

Delivery was quick and seamless and the product was as described. The after sales customer service however was second to none. They are very knowledgeable, efficient and extremely helpful, a view based on our experience with an issue we had some months after purchase, not with the product itself but with a programme we had installed. Nonetheless the staff responded promptly and positively, completely resolving the issue within 24 hours. The level of service was considered a rare commodity these days and as such I would not hesitate to use Cybist Online again or to recommend them to family and friends.

I had a great experience with Cybist Online - they were very responsive and in todays world unexpectedly friendly and helpful.   Nothing was too much trouble - I think the laptops are excellent value. They gave me great advice and even gave me some advice about my phone - not purchased from them!

This combination of great products and amazing old fashioned service is most uncommon these days. Thank you Cybist Online, we will be back!

I bought a Lenovo Thinkpad X1 from Cybist (via Amazon Renew) and am delighted with the product. Its condition was described as "excellent" and I can honestly not tell the difference between this and a brand new machine (apart from the packaging which is not original as it is a used machine). Really pleased with the price, condition and the fact that it works perfectly.

I bought a refurbished laptop from Amazon and found an issue that I could not resolve myself.After having spoken with Amazon I was referred to Cybist and assisted patiently and expertly by Yudon. We did the repair remotely which included a full reinstall after which the laptop worked perfectly.

There was a problem with the unit, and the service and communication to remedy were first class, will certainly use again!

I had an issue with my laptop, which I bought last December, when it stopped charging. Amazon put me in touch with the absolute stars at Cybist Online! Andrew was my point of contact, and he was simply amazing. He resolved my issue with incredible speed and efficiency. I sent the laptop back, and unbelievably, it was back with me, fully functional, the very next day! Andrew kept me in the loop at every stage. The customer service I received from Cybist Online was truly outstanding, and I wholeheartedly recommend them without any hesitation.

This last week I have taken delivery of a renewed/refurbished Dell 5820 pc from this great company Cybist. Operating with quality and service in mind, this organisation has listened to my needs, and supported me in not only getting the right machine for me now, ( and by the way at a much higher spec for the level of investment I can make at this time, than I would have achieved going elsewhere ) but also in making sure I have one that can be upgraded at a later date when funds allow. The pc looked like new when supplied, along with new peripherals as part of the deal, and have responded extremely quickly to installation queries. Ordered from Cybist Online via Amazon. The renewed PC arrived promptly and in great condition.

Shortly after taking delivery the PC it was clear that there was an issue with the hard-drive, however Andrew discussed the issue with me on the phone and we agreed that he'd ship a replacement part to me - although he offered to have the PC collected to be repaired by them, too.

The replacement parts arrived promptly, they cured the issue and Andrew's support and after-sales follow up to ensure that everything was working to my satisfaction was second to none - I'll certainly be buying from Cybist Online in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Bought 2 laptops for work, both are excellent condition and what I wanted just like what the description. Basically you will get what you ordered. I will recommend this company 💯

After trying to deal with Dell, Cybist put Dell to shame with a great refurbished laptop with great specs and what can only be described as a 'Perfect' Customer service. Easy to buy, excellent after-sale service. Bought a refurbished laptop from them via Amazon. Had to replace a key, which was pried out by our curious toddler. Local computer repair had trouble locating the right key in the UK. Called Cybist, Yudon was very helpful: checked the model, double checked the keyboard and referred me to a French retailer with correct specs - all within one hour. Recommend highly

Their website is easy/clear, helping me to navigate and find what I am looking for.

They have available a good selection of refurbished hardware at reasonable prices. I was keen not to just buy some more new kit and felt that there must be a market for barely used PCs and laptops. Their website persuaded me that they had adequate product support and weren’t just selling trade ins.
