I took trial in 2023 December. I needed to add credit card to start trial. It did not work as expected. Then I decided cancel server, but web page crashed when I tried. I asked help from support and the answered multiple times that OK, they will remove it. But no. I removed my paying method in service, but still it was billing every month. In the end I had no other possibility than cancel my credit card. My experience was, that maybe they are not really mean, but so many bugs, unfinished product and they are not taking responsibility.

Be very careful with these scammers, I have been asking them in every possible way for 3 months to cancel my subscription and they don't do it.

They do not manually offer a way to cancel a subscription so they will continue to charge you over and over again.

I had to file a complaint with Strype and a dispute with my bank to get them to cancel my subscription.

In addition, the VPS is down more time than active.

I don't recommend it at all.

I cancelled my plan 1 days before the due date still they charged automatically from my card, & support man dare to tell that plan payment already charged. Another thing is steel your card information there is nothing in the profile to remove card data, they still wrote payment page that we do not save your card data in our server for security reasons, but still how automatically charged without saving data, I do not recommend this scam host & please stay away from such scammers.
