Termination was not successful without canceling the payment card
I took trial in 2023 December. I needed to add credit card to start trial. It did not work as expected. Then I decided cancel server, but web page crashed when I tried. I asked help from support and the answered multiple times that OK, they will remove it. But no. I removed my paying method in service, but still it was billing every month. In the end I had no other possibility than cancel my credit card. My experience was, that maybe they are not really mean, but so many bugs, unfinished product and they are not taking responsibility.
