The service is terrible and they aren't returning my money. Worst experience using a VPN ever.
I barely can watch a YouTube live stream with the brazilian server (even connected to the one best for streaming). The connection keep dropping and sometimes I can't even connect to the VPN server.

Never ever
Never ever, I don't recommend them.
Last year I paid two years subscription and they now say I only have one year subscription because the two years is for new customers. I said they should have blocked that I could buy two years with the same account and they said good luck.
Edit: I had contacted before posting here and customer support didn't help. They said it's my fault and I have to pay one more year. Now they tray to show they want to help, well they can look for the case and contact me.

I found the support competent and helpful, and the response time was great, too. The only thing was that support was provided only in English, so I had to run the guidance through a translator, but it helped in the end...

No obfuscation, cannot even connect to the app, nor see or select any servers to connect to the VPN - beats the whole point of having a VPN that is to bypass restrictions and more security.

Disappointed with the service
Disappointed with the service as a whole and specifically with the Windows app (antivirus never worked no matter what I did) and technical support either via email or via chat (basically useless).
Subscription is cheap so you get what you pay.
