The treatment met my expectations and I was very happy with the results. The staff were very kind and supportive, especially the Receptionists. The dental surgeon explained everything clearly before the procedure which went smoothly.

From my first consultation to the completion of my implant I cannot fault the communication , treatment and follow up at all . Everything that was going to be done was explained and carried out with care and professionalism, nothing was rushed and if I needed time to consider the treatment that wasn’t a problem at all .
I would highly recommend Coventry and Warwickshire Implant Centre , oh and I didn’t experience any pain during the treatment and hardly any pain afterwards.

Everything from start to finish was made easy and stress free I was very nervous having had a bad experience at another dental practice. Dr shergill or me at ease explained everything to me have reassurance when needed was very kind and professional as were everyone in the practice.

I cannot fault the care and compassion shown to me during my treatment.
I was under the care of Doctor Shergill, he is a truly amazing man, both in his expertise and his overall personality, he looked after me above and beyond what I expected, you can tell he truly cares about his patience, he is a credit to the surgery.
The dental nurses and reception staff are all very friendly and welcoming, imparticually Chloe, who was my 1st point of contact at the surgery and has been amazing throughout, she too is a credit to the surgery.
My dental journey has been a long work in progress, but I wouldn't have wanted it done anywhere else. Cannot recommend this surgery any higher.

The team involved were very professional and caring, Remote communication was also very good.
It took me a long time to take the decision to replace a lost tooth with an implant last , from my first visit to the practice I felt well informed and reassured. I had no problems throughout and the result is I now have my smile back, thank you to all involved .

I was initially unsure about having the procedure done, as I had a severe infection and was told there was only a 50/50 chance of success. But I decided to go ahead. I was very nervous, but was given the opportunity to ask as many questions as I wanted, and took up far more of the dentist’s time that I perhaps should have done. All of the appointments went well, and did not involve much pain at all. Miraculously, the bone graft was successful and my implant looks great. I’m making the most of being able to socialise again. The only reason I didn’t give 5 points was because the lab made an error and initially made my final crown in the wrong colour, meaning that my mouth had been needlessly anaesthetised. The error was corrected within a week, but I always dread the injections, so was annoyed that I had to go through this twice.

The whole procedure was explained to me very clearly from the start, and I’m very satisfied with the results. A very professional friendly and courteous service all round, many thanks.

From the time i arrive to when l arrive,bl am made very welcome. I have travelled miles to come to Coventry dentist surgery and I've never regretted it.
My implant which has been over a year now has given me no trouble whatsoever. My dentist is well trained, friendly and professional. He talked my through the processes and put my mind at peace.
The surgery room and environment is clean
I always have a smile on my face when they leave and still smiling.

Made me feel relaxed. Asked me what music I wanted on, as I was in the chair for about 4 hours. But it was worth it.

The dentist and all his staff were exceptional. All our question were answered very clearly and the whole experience was dealt with ease. Every stage was explained in detail.

My dentist was patient and explained everything thoroughly but be prepared to wait if you are just having one or two implants it takes time for everything to settle down before you have that beautiful smile back and the tooth fitted

I have a lovely dentist, Dr Shergill. He did my implant in 2023. He’s very kind and caring, especially as I’m very deaf. I can’t fault his professionalism, as well as all the wonderful technology for the procedure. Everything was brilliant, I had no swelling, and very little pain or discomfort afterwards on completion. I would definitely recommend him and all the surgery team. Likewise, (thanks to Chloe), who kept us in the loop along the way, by speaking to my husband on my behalf.

Dr Shergill went through the procedure prior to the implantation. I had all the necessary scans etc. He also explained everything as he went along and would always ask if you were okay. Very gentle and showed care and attention. I would also like to mention Chloe and the rest of his team for their help and professionalism. As I am due to have more work, I would thoroughly recommend Dr Shergill.
