I went to the website to order a product and a popup comes up on the lower left of the screen which says "Subscribe now and SAVE 6% OFF YOUR ORDER plus a 10% off Anniversary offer" I called the company after applying the code they had e-mailed me and it is only a 6% offer and she said I assumed that is what it says. I explained it says plus 10% off. She said that it refers too an anniversary an event like something that is in the future. I explained that this is not what it says and reiterated what it says and she says that once again I am assuming that is what it says, yet it is clear as to what it says if it was different then it would explain the terms of the offer more clearly which it does not. She said I am assuming this is what it says and it is not an additional 10% off this purchase but 10% off on the anniversary of this purchase, again it does not say this!

I have been using CWI for 3 years now. I am kind of shock with some of these reviews. I never have issues ordering Boost Kids for my youngest. The prices are very good too. Thank you for the good service.

I have ordered a few times now for supplies for my mom, and am happy with the service. So far, things are easy to find and I get them all within two days or so.

They didn’t tell me the item wasn’t in stock. The confirmation email said they were “in the process of being carefully picked and packed for shipping.”

I had to email support to find out they didn’t have it in stock, or even the ability to tell me when it would be in stock.

They cancelled my order stating my card was never charged. However, two days after that I got over $1,000 of fraudulent charges on my credit card. Hmmmm

Ordered large amount of enfamil ready-to-use soft nipples. Received and seems legitimate with expiration dates of 12/2025. Definitely impressed by the promptness of delivery and quick responses from customer service.

Ordered Medical stroller for my handicapped grandson on March 13. Not told it was out of stock. Promised it would arrive in May. Now told it ship from overseas (probably China) sometime in July. Another promise! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Very disappointed with the customer service provided by CWI Medical. I initially ordered a set of Proteinex orange flavor bottles on February 20, 2020. Nowhere on their website did it mention that they were sold out of the orange flavor. My credit card had a pending charge of $162 for that order and 3 days later I receive an email stating that they are out of the orange flavor and they don't have an anticipated date when it will be available again. I contacted CWI Medical to inform them that my card was already charged $162 and needed to know when the orange flavor will be in stock since it was my desired flavor. The representative mentioned they don't know when but offered me a different flavor that I will enjoy. I got persuaded on ordering the lemon flavor since the representative mentioned it had a great lemon flavor and would be delivered rapidly considering that I needed to take additional protein due to medical reasons. The representative allowed my order to be modified in order to receive the lemon flavor as oppose to the desired orange flavor. Once I received the Proteinex lemon lime flavor, I noticed the bottle had a crystal like material surrounding the cap which seemed very odd. When I tried the Proteinex, it did not taste nothing like lemon as advertised. Furthermore, the taste was so awful that I literally gagged and was about to vomit. I don't understand why a representative would be so inclined to sell a product that probably they knew would not taste as advertised. This type of business practice of misleading a customer should not be allowed especially in a medical field industry. CWI Medical should evaluate their products to ensure the quality is good and does not contain any foreign objects or debris such as the crystalized substance material surrounding the inside of my bottle cap. The product could have possibly been contaminated with the crystalized substance that was inside the bottle cap. It is evident that this product did not go through a proper quality control process. This company should be honest with their customers and inform them if a flavor is not similar to what is advertised or if the item is not considered a top rating/selling product. Lastly, I have contacted CWI Medical to address my concern on March 2nd and was directed to leave a voicemail to a male supervisor in order to receive a call back from him since he was not available that day. Two days later, I call back and ask for a supervisor and once again I am told their isn't any supervisors but she will rely the message to return my call once they come back from their lunch break. Once again, I did not get a call back from a supervisor or anyone from CWI Medical. Completley upset with their lack of customer service. Not even the slight courtesy to return a customer's call to address any concern or issues they might have. I will be taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of businesses out there that will truly and genuinely value their customers.

cwi medical has a great selection of personal healthcare supplies & their prices are reasonable. great customer service & quick shipping as well so i would definitely recommend this site.

I needed a commode- it showed up pronto.

I was looking for a specialty thickened food and they are the only ones that seem to always have it available. Their customer service staff always help me out and we get our products quickly. If you need medical supplies, definitely go visit them!

CWI always had everything I ever ordered in stock. The items were delivered quicker than they said and the prices were reasonable.

Was really happy the nursing home suggested the incontinence products CWI carries because they really do work good for my family member. We get products we need right away and the customer service department was very helpful.

I have been ordering from CWI since 2006. I have ordered all sorts of items from nutrition, to medical devices and other supplies as needed for the care of elderly ill family members who are remaining at home. CWI always had items delivered on time with no issues and if I had questions I can actually get a real person on the phone. I have already recommended them to several people I work with who had no idea where to get supplies. And the prices are great I have compared. Highly recommend!!

CWI is my go to for medical supplies of all types. Normally this would sound cliche but as a wood worker and builder; things happen. When we need a real first aid kit for the truck or the job site, CWI has them. Compression wraps and cold packs for strains and pulls, CWI has them. Big box of bandaids in a unique pattern (so no one takes them) and CWI has us covered.

When my son was born my wife and I knew where to go. After looking at the cost for wipes, diapers and formula at the club stores, I asked CWI what they could do and the difference was impressive. The diapers weren't just like ones at the club store, they were from the same manufacturer which means all the quality we wanted at an even cheaper price. Win-Win!

CWI is also a company who believes in relationships, from asking me how big my son is to recommend the best fit for diapers in those in between sizes to recommending summer skin care products for the whole family. Shopping on line is super easy now with their new website but sometimes I like to call with unique questions which they always seem to have an answer for.

CWI is one of those companies you find and keep for the long haul. I don't hesitate to recommend them in the trades, I don't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and now I don't hesitate to recommend them to you.
