Never buy a kitchen from CVT

I have purchased a kitchen from CVT in Nov 2021. It was delivered in May. Now Jan 2023 and it is still incomplete. The quality of their work is sloppy, inaccurate and they face many delays. First, they placed the kitchen cupboards crooked and uneven. The dishwasher was delivered damaged. The marble backsplash was filled with a synthetic filler without consulting me… now, full of frustration and disappointment they are still unable to fix their mistake with the incorrect marble. The cherry on the cake is in December of last year, they were to replace the backsplash with new marble and it was cut from a completely different stone! Now they tell me is it impossible to replace it, and that I need to accept a completely different quality and texture of stone - for their original mistake. You can beter buy an IKEA kitchen and install it yourself. Terrible company, horrible service and they have 1 job to do… sell and install kitchens - and even that is a mess!!! Stay away from CVT !!

Unfortunately, with your kitchen installation not everything went as you wished, but certainly not as we wished. Again, our apologies for the inconvenience caused by this!
Our customer service colleague has had extensive contact with you about this. Last week, together with the supplier of the backsplash, we visited you to assess the situation together.
As agreed, we will order the new and suitable backsplash for you and assemble this as soon as possible so that your kitchen will be complete and you can enjoy it.

niet 100% klaar

We have ordered the kitchen and waited for 4 months.finally the kitchen was delivered and installed last week. The service from design advisor was very good. Many good ideas brought us to this final design. However, there are still several things annoying us, and the problems are unsolved yet. We've contacted the service center and get the promise to call us back, unfortunately after 5 working days this didn't happen. It is disappointing to get this kind service.

The unsolved issues are:

- several parts are too short, need to order again.
- Damage of cabinet, so the wooden plates need to be replaced.
- The top composition working plate (werkblad) has many defects on the edge, very clear.
- Damage on the extractor hood (afzuigkap)
- Unnecessary extra space and drainage installed for the cupboard (wandkast), so it is extra work and costs for us. and we lost ca 10cm walking space between the cupboard and the island.

Until now, the top plate is just placed on the island without 100% solid gluing. It is quite dangerous when our kids are at home.

Excellent place with an excellent offering

I haven't yet got a work done but I am really impressed by their service and the offering they have to give. I really look forward to getting my kitchen done from them. Hope it works out! :)
